The project involves the construction of a tower that hosts the new center of the Tuscany Region. The project area is situated in the  north of Florence, inside of an ex-industrial area, today object of a gradual requalification, with the insertion of new services like the palace of justice, the university and the new stadium (which is expected to be constructed in a brief time)

The peripheral position of the building and its height, from which it is possible to observe the whole city and its particular landscaped context, formed from a hill crown, have suggested the use of natural elements. Nature is carried on the roof of the basement and in the Tower,  which interior is trimmed as a Crystal to bring inside the light as much as possible.

The relation with the constructed city  instead , is offered to us by its history and its  artistical patterns, earned during the Renaissance as the proportion, developed from the Pythagorean musical harmonies formed from relations of small integers, which governs every environment and shape of the building designed by us, forming a close relationship between the city and its history and the territorial context in which it is located.

The outer paneling, present on the facades exposed to solar radiation, consists of white glazed ceramic elements, this material recalls the Florentine craft tradition, which by Della Robbia at the Richard Ginori has never stopped.
